Scones 3cups flour 4 1/2tsp baking powder 1/4tsp salt 1cup milk 25g butter Preheat oven to 230'c. Sift dry ingredients and rub in the butter. Mix into a soft dough with milk. knead on a lightly floured board, roll out, cut and put on a gresed tray. Bake for 10-15min or untill golden brown. Serve with butter and jam.
